I was supposed to go to a Pinay Mommy meet up today but yesterday Philbert decided that we should go to his parents house on a Sunday and come home on a Monday. He just said that we didn’t need to go home early since the kids were already on vacation. I even asked Philbert  as to why we didn’t go on  a Saturday instead but he didn’t answer me. There are times in my life where I wish I could still talk to Ate Beth. I really wish that she was a phone call away. Sometimes I imagine her to be in a witness protection program who just changed their identity. I think I’ve been watching too much of Burn Notice. Whatever I feel  sad or however bad I feel she always has this way of giving you this assuring tone that everyday would be alright. She was a great friend, a greater listener and the greatest confidant. Those are things that I really miss about her and those are also the things that I wish I could be. Today is my  Grishan’s birthday and I’m teary eyed because I miss my sister. She’s always been there for me and I always appreciate her support. She’s my staunchest defender, worst critic, best eating buddy and go to person. I’m really thinking about what I should give up for LENT. In the past I gave up rice and it was the hardest thing that I ever did. My Aunts and Uncles gave up Meat for Lent. I couldn’t do that either sorry never tried and didn’t think that I will. MUST SEE: RENT

Due to insistent public demand, 9 Works Theatrical brought back “ RENT ” – the revolutionary rock musical which started February 12, 2011 at the Carlos P. Romulo auditorium, RCBC Plaza, Makati City.

After staging RENT back in February and December 2010 respectively, 9 Works Theatrical has received a lot of inquiries and requests from RENTheads, students, school groups and ‘rock’ music fans both young and old to stage it again. Read the rest of this entry
