The hardest part of any employee and employer relationship is when it’s time to say goodbye. As much as we might like things to stay the same, change is an inevitable part of life. As much as I didn’t want to believe me when I say that I needed to do it. We needed to part ways now the time soon comes for parting our time is at an end.

The rest of your life is starting,And we have no time at all to spend. So to you Yaya I say thank you for everything Your loyalty means the world to me. Believe me, it truly does And I just wanted you to know that from me you will always find a deep sense of gratitude.

Now that we went our separate ways maybe never to meet again I know we said we would keep in touch that is what everyone always says but it never seems to mean much.

Thank you for your years of service your devotion to Joshwa and Adrianne.I know that the kids felt sad when you said goodbye Joshwa ran to his room and was teary eyed the whole time. Goodbye Yaya til we meet again not as employer and employee but now as friends

Today, I chanced upon a sparrow,

and thought—
this might be you:
fluttering before me,
singing freely
about your journey.

Let me hear them again:
radiant stories of your flight,
your adventures with the night:
drop them swiftly,
slowly
in the nest of my memory.

Let me rest in the comfort
of your laughter,
and every single pain,
let me embrace, thereafter.

As you bid farewell,
Let me say goodbye
And leave you with this comforting lie:

the droplets on your wings
are from the sky;

not from my eye.

This was a poem by by Nadia Camit- Upton. It’s that time of the year again the death anniversary is near and I’m feeling the sadness and the blues are creeping out on me.

A Mother’s Prayer

I want to share a beautiful and true prayer from one parent to another. We have been struggling with our son’s Autism for 9 years and i pray everyday that he will grow up and be able to live a happy healthy life again. While Joshwa is not high functioning he is on the moderate autism scale. We have our issues everyday. His stims are sometimes worse than before and Its getting harder to remember how he was before this all started.I pray for strength for all families that are going through any kind of mental and physical illness. This is such an inspirational poem. Thanks so much to my friend Pinky for sharing this poem
