Some schools and universities in Metro Manila released early announcement in relation to suspension of classes for tomorrow, August 9. Before the suspension tomorrow, two days of consecutive suspended classes in Metro Manila and nearby provinces (Tu

esday and Wednesday) due to intensified winds from Haikui that came from China
